Great book! a must read!!!

This book is a well written piece of literature that helps us better understand the beautiful connections we cam have with ourselves and others. We get a relationship understanding through the chakras and how they play an important role in aligning our body. These two are lifestyle geniuses. Couldn’t stop listening. Can’t wait to use these beautiful tools Chrissy and Doug used in the book in my own life.
