A typical prayer goes something like this: "Please help us find the money to pay our mortgage this month." Saying the prayer may help you feel like the burden of that month's mortgage has been lifted, but the part of you that feeds on fear will simply seek out new financial worries to keep you awake at night. Old patterns remain intact.
In contrast, asking, "Please heal my fear-based thoughts about our mortgage" lifts the burden and relieves the need to re-create that fear and hold onto it.

Very inciteful, I listened to this book twice and was able to pick up a lot more the second time through. though it does have a touch of religion you can adapt that to your own beliefs. Very helpful book ti get out of my own head

I've been waiting so patiently for the audible of Maria's book to come out and the time is finally here! Living your happy is truly possible.
My great aunt used to say, “write what you know and the rest will flow.” Maria Felipe is a prime example of that. She is real, authentic, and has lived it, therefore she can teach it. When I first got her book, I learned so very much. However being an auditory learner listening to the audio book took it to a completely new level. I am so grateful to know her and learn from her. If you are look for a new way to be happy then this is the book/ audio book for you! And let’s face it who isn’t!
