It's a skill that separates!!!

Most Linux users use a GUI to access their OS. This makes the Linux experience more "Windows like". Linux, at it's heart, .At it's heart, Linux is as old school as as a Wise 160 text terminal and you can access a Linux server quite happily with one.

The first three hundred pages are decent and provide some insight into Linux though the majority could be found out with just listing stuff online and watching!!

Looks Great on Android Tablet!!

The Linux Command-Line. I’ll admit I’m something of a Linux newbie, but I feel like I have learned so much from reading this book. The text is complex, yet approachable, and teaches lots of handy command-line tips.

This book lives on my desk. I reach for it a few times a day. With Linux, you are always learning. It's great to have some fantastic resources on hand.

Excellent Guide

The front cover is back down. Publishers are cutting too many corners these days. A book should not come with a half-glued cover.
