Wish the build up were a bit longer but I was pleasantly surprised to enjoy this

Bridgerton but better

Bridgerton needs to hire this author immediately. The author knows how write entertaining banter, angst, declarations, enemies to friends to lovers, good supporting characters, good twists and secrets. I like all the characters they didn’t feel annoying and out of place. The friends and families add to the story. The MC’s have chemistry and it makes you swoon. Shonda needs to make this book into a series or movie. It would be so much fun and romantic. The narrator is amazing I love her voice.
