Relevant and intriguing listen

I loved everything about this book. The narrator brought it to life absolutely and I am now looking at what other books I can listen to that she narrates. I can’t wait to hear book 2!

The story takes place in the future but is incredibly relatable to today’s political climate. The religious and social themes really struck a cord for me too. I’m so glad I found this series. I have to get the rest of it because I need to know what happens next! I felt sad when it was over but excited to read the next, which is always a sign of a good one.

The brilliant way that the author describes everything you can actually see it I found it wonderful

A Refreshing & Engaging Listen

The Finest Line by Tegan Kane was such a refreshing surprise. It’s rare to find a sapphic book that breaks away from the usual tropes, and this one really stands out with its multiple storylines and rich, layered narrative. Each thread was compelling in its own right, and together they created a story that kept me completely engaged from start to finish.

The writing is thoughtful and well-paced, and the characters felt real and fully developed. It’s clear that a lot of care went into crafting this book. I especially appreciated that it didn’t follow the same formula I’ve seen in so many other stories in the genre — it offered something new, and that made it all the more enjoyable.

I listened to it on Audible and was hooked the whole way through. Now I’m eagerly awaiting the second book. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a sapphic story that dares to be different!

Outstanding

I loved the story and the characters. Very engaging and real. I laughed out loud more than a few times. I loved the humor. It’s my cup of tea as they say. I can’t wait for the next book.

Binged it!!!

I read this book when it first came out and couldn’t wait to experience it again when the audiobook dropped. The narrator brings so much care to the story. It feels intimate and alive and just GOOD.

Christine and Oakland’s story is so special. It’s raw and tense in all the right places. There’s a sensitivity in how it’s told, and hearing it out loud made it feel even more personal.

I really loved this story. It hits exactly right for the political landscape we’re living in. It’s timely in a way that feels urgent but also deeply human
