Easy to read

Enjoyed this book. Found it easy to follow even though I had many interruptions. I recommend it.

Nice story line

Excellent narration made the story a relaxing listen. The author is one of my favorites.

Easy to listen to

I loved listening to this book. The mixture of the British accent speaking about wine held a special comforting place in my heart.

Sweet

A very enjoyable read. I love the author and this was no disappointment. Will be reading another soon.

Disappointing

The narrator did a wonderful job. The story, however, was shallow and predictable, nothing like the other Valpy novels I'd read (Dressmaker's Gift; Beekeeper's Promise especially) It was only after I finished I realized this was a 2013 novel recorded in recent years.
