A Starting Point

This is a starting point for anyone who wants to analyze themselves and seek to improve. However, it is my sincere hope that the reader will not believe everything in this book. Accept the helpful, reject the unsubstantiated. For Christians, see 1John 4. The author does not confess Jesus Christ as Lord, so he is speaking from a 'spirit' not from God, which according to 1John 4 is the spirit of the anti-Christ. A true question is whether the book is spiritual or the author's best efforts of describing a spiritual terrain. I believe the latter was the intent, but please be careful with your soul and life conclusions that lead to decisions. Overall, the book is helpful. Chapter 18 and Chapter 19 remind me of Matthew 6 living. Worth the read or listen. Good luck!

The information in this book is eye opening to say the least. I enjoyed every minute of it and now have something to study and ascertain to for the rest of my life. I also spoke with the author and he is a very cool guy. I recommend all of his works.

great book

good starting point for beginners but experience users will find it boring, good book nonetheless.

This book itself is at energy level 150-175

The basic information and intent of this book is wonderful. However many of the examples used, I do not believe the author is fully versed in realizing the intent or energy level as he clearly doesnt participate in every activity that exists. He rated those that participate in studying martial arts at a lower energy level than Superbowl fans and rated both of those at a higher energy level of people that lift weights regularly. I feel an overall sense of pessimism and a subtle negativity in the book. I have to take frequent breaks from listening/reading and go back to participating and exposing myself to higher energy and higher vibes content other than this book to recover. The outline he gives puts me in the 150-350 energy range depending on what chapter or paragraph. Its very varied. Thats why i feel this book is at 150-175, it drags me down slowly like a slow leak but days of listening to this I HAVE to break away. I cant say this book is neutral or unbiased. The author seems to be a low vibe individual though highly intellectual and possibly closer to enlightenment at some point, this book was written from a lower energy perspective. Just be careful and read in small doses and take some things with a grain of salt. Perception is everything.

This is surprisingly similar to “Power v Force” by David R Hawkins. But Hawkin’s book doesnt drag me down like this one does. I had planned to buy the other books in the series but the exposure to this book and others by this author i feel may not be worth it.

Nonetheless, I appreciate the effort and detail in this book.

Interesting info but snarky narrator! Lol

This book helped me to understand some similar teachings I've been learning. It also helped me to recover from the disastrous elections we just had.

The narrator seems snarky, even angry at times. Keep in mind that the way the narrator is voicing the text is not necessarily the author's demeanor. It could be, I don't know the author. But I will give him the benefit of the doubt. ;-)
