Empowering

I didn't know what to expect and was pleased that this book felt reasonable. It is filled with practical information and advice that is free of an agenda other than to provide a tool and map towards your self empowerment. The narrator mispronounces interstellar, saying "interstellular" like he's mixing it up with cellular. Goofy, but I can get over it.

Found some of the antidotal stuff boring but generally it’s like wow. I’m giving it a second listen now. Some of it is incredulous.

Tied many things I have pondered about

I have had many experiences similar to what Fredrick Dodson has written about. This book ties these together in a way I can relate logically. My discernment and intuition is very tickled.
