At first I was bored but kept at it and really liked it! The story of the start of Mattel and Barbie was interesting

This story had it all. Facts, fiction, suspense, legalize, romance, and a love for the ages. Love of America’s favorite doll and the strong love between the woman who created Barbie along with her husband.

What a wonderful way to combine real life events and fiction. I loved learning the stories behind Mattel and Ruth. This is a story that addresses the discrimination that continues to run through society. Loved it.
