The real world doesn't look favorably upon beginners. Young leaders who are given the opportunity to excel are, more often than not, simultaneously reminded by the same ol' cynics just how young and inexperienced they are; just how large of a road they have ahead of them. If you can relate to this experience in any way then you are exactly the person I had in mind while writing this book.
With more than a decade of experience teaching leadership principles to college students, I've helped scores of young adults discover their leadership potential and begin their journey toward powerful and confident leadership. The tools I share in this book have helped teachers, entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, non-profit directors, and business coaches navigate their journeys from green to ripened.
