Great read!

Very informative from a profoundly experienced paradigm. The amount of knowledge one can gain from this book is AMAZING!

Excellent information

An interesting, detailed, and insightful work by a smart, experienced, and caring man. The authors love for the land and aptitude for business & people are apparent throughout. As I begin my land journey, I am grateful to have many of the pitfalls and opportunities explained to me upfront. As with most audiobooks I would’ve preferred to have heard it read by the author himself, and I found this particular narrator’s voice on the quiet side and also challenging to follow. Still a great work though.

Thank you Reid for producing such an informative work.

Helpful, needs an update

This book is very helpful for anyone considering purchasing farmland or recreational property. Mostly applies to those buying very large amounts of acreage. Gives good insight on what to look for, tax write offs, what to avoid, etc.

narration sucks

The narration is basically a computer with a human voice it's pretty sucky and there's no inflexion in his voice. the subject matter is on point. but damn, get a new narrator!!
