enough information
I am involved in beginning an LLC for my work at home business. This book provided me all of the information needed to see what needs to be done, to start an LLC, and the knowledge you will require to speak to a lawyer, and what you will want to comply with the laws commanding LLC.

I will be starting up my improvised craft business within the next year and this audiobook has explained quite a few issues that I had.
