Very informative
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
This book goes into a lot of specifics but in a manner that you are still able to understand and not feel overwhelmed. It tells you the pros and cons and does advise that you should consult your doctor before starting. There is also a recommended exercise plan if your not sure where to begin. The recipes are interesting too. I can’t have the eggs due an allergy it I have a substitutes that could work.
All in all a very informative book on keto and all it’s aspects.
