Hell Yes! So after reading the first book Dante, I couldn’t wait to read the second book in Sadie Kincaid’s, Chicago Ruthless series! By the way both books can be read as standalone romance but it’s nice to go in order to me because they’re Great reads and give you a better understanding of ALL the characters.

Anyway Joey, in this book, Sadie Kincaid not only gives us Great characters, an awesome plot/storyline, hot and steamy sex, but she’s thrown a little BDSM into the mix!😁😜🤭Its totally hot in here.😁 Again she does all this while building relationships, pacing the story perfectly, and just overall telling a Great fucking story! There is more sex in this one so if you’re not into that this may not be the book for you or you may have to skip some scenes but I was ALL in!!!😜😜😉

Narration is the same as the first book but Tom Thor still sounds like a serial killer but he plays the hero in this differently so he actually managed to sound a little different to me. A little more scary actually, to me anyways. I don’t know if that was because he already creeped me out in the first book but yeah, and Elena Wolf still did great. 👏🏾👏🏾which surprised me because it usually bothers me to hear the same voices do multiple books but not this time. I know I really got wrapped up in the story’s being told in this series so that’s probably why I didn’t care as much.

This book did not disappoint! The writing was amazing and it was my first time listening to Brooke narrate which I really enjoyed. Joe was intoxicating, the way he brings books to life is nothing shy of amazing! He is usually an insta listen for me, but the audio in this was so hot I had to take some breaks!

I had heard such amazing things about this audio online, and I am SO glad I listened to it. Joe Arden and Brooke Daniels did SUCH an incredible job portraying Max and Joey. This book had me in a chokehold the entire time. I had no idea what to expect. Every time I thought I knew where it was going, I was wrong. I’m a new forever fan of Sadie Kincaid.

First of all, Joe Arden’s voice was perfect for Max!!!! The story line and the spice! I’ll be listening to this again!

Sadie Kincaid definitely is a sinful master mind. However listening to Joe Arden perform Max was 1000/10. I could listen to him all day. He says baby girl and good girl…let’s just say it sent chills up my spine. He puts emphasis on all the right syllables. I seriously hopes Joe does the next book.

Wowza

This story was a surprise in a half, definitely in a good way! Firstly it was Joe Arden so yessss but he aucks you in so deeply you feel completely immersed in the content but the female narrator was absolute chefs kiss! This was a fantastic listen and I ate it up anytime I could I had my headphones in! Definitely recommend listening to this and the spice ⚡️🌶️
