A Great story about a Civil war Rebel sniper.

This was a good story about one man's revenge after the murder and torture of two of his sons.
Historically, correct, during the Civil War. It is a true story and well worth the read.

A very good book

As a sniper in Viet Nam, really enjoyed this book. The history of the Civil War, the area in that theatre of the War was fabulous.

great book really enjoyed it, kept me wandering what was going to happen next, great narrator as well he really gets into the story.

A must read for history buffs!

I loved this book! It contains so many historical facts and brings the events of Jack Hinson's life to light.

Half setting up, half story

Hinson storyline was great. Half of the book was historical back story though. It was good but two different feels almost.
