The author explained the full process and expectations in a much simpler way. The book has formulas useful for evaluating properties so a proper side by side comparison can be made. A useful guide forever.
A useful guide forever. This book is filled with a wealth of information and created in an easy to understand form. Overall the mathematics is quite straight forward and explained nicely with concrete examples. It also has a bunch of links to online calculators but I haven't used any yet. I learned a lot and will be using this book as a go-to source in the future.
