Great continuation as usual. Ended sooner than I expected but only because I wanted more. BJ Harrison did a great narration as well.

One of my top series

This is one of my top two series. I can't get enough a Zeek and the gang. I look forward to every book and rush to get them when they come out. If you haven't listened to the Axe Druid Series you need to, you won't be disappointed.

what can I say

It's the ax druid series you either read all the other ones or you're trying to skip ahead which is not good great series no complaints here.

my problem is the same as the last book

one is that orc lady Verne or something like that. I feel like she forced herself in a relationship with the MC. I believe he cares for her but he loves his wife and even if she is kind of forcing the Oracle lady into the relationship. the second thing is that I think he's more powerful than he realizes and he doesn't use all his magic that he should at times

Pretty Good some spoilers at the end

I only have 1 real complaint and that's the talks about going back to earth. Zeke has told may multiple times about his son and she has taken an interest in him so it's clear that if zeke decided to stay and only wished his son come to him then he would totally have a better upbringing than earth could ever provide like he's a literal king, loved and blessed by every element. There is no way there's a happily ever after if he gets zapped back to earth because what's he got to go back to besides his son? A job at a gym? Unless the gods wipe his memories of his time in another world or make it seem like it was all a dream there isn't really a happy ending knowing he left a Fay queen who he taught the meaning of love, a orc who found someone who wouldn't hate her just because she's an orc, and every other character that they have helped along the way. It just drags the story down to talk about him definitely wanting to go back to earth when it would just be a bad ending to leave us with. Other than that the next book is shaping up to be good he's lost his magic and his brothers maybe it's the arc where he truly becomes a primal druid I look forward to it.

The series remains interesting

The series remains interesting. I will continue listening to them as long as the author keeps releasing more.
