Research has shown that our verbal and most especially our non-verbal communication tells a story about us from a distance. Hence, good communication skills are essential for creating a good impression with your intended employer. Therefore, every movement and posture trait speak for you. Keep away all bad habits like picking the nose, biting the nails, poor posture and sitting position or not looking the recruiter in the eye during the interview process.
