Addicting Page Turner

I started reading this in book form and couldn't put it down. Then I bought the audio book so I could listen whenever I couldn't read it because the story occupied all my brain space. The plot was great and I loved the long and detailed scenes ; )

Thoroughly enjoyed this book!

It took me a few chapters to appreciate the characters, but now I want to see what happens next! Great narrators

The whiney, neediness of the mfc got old real quick. But in general good performance, good story line.

this book was bad, like bad bad and not in the good way. the narrators aren't to blame, they did the best they could with what they were given but it was painful to listen do.

DNF at 77% because I couldn’t take it anymore. It

DNF at 77% because I couldn’t take it anymore. It is extremely rare that I DNF books. I really wanted to like this book but it was painful to read. The connection between characters seemed awkward and forced and there was very little genuine chemistry in the sex scenes. There were also way too many instances of “conflict” and it got boring and predictable. How many times can they say “I’ll make sure this never happens to her again” only for it to happen again a few pages later. It demeaned their Alpha qualities and seemed like they made a lot of threats but didn’t actually do anything to fix it. Also how many times are they going to have sex in public when they know people are watching them?? How are you going to say things have to be kept secret but are all over campus not really being secretive at all? There were so many holes that it took me out of the story and I wasn’t able to connect with the characters, I was just annoyed. The book could have been half the size and then maybe it would have helped.

I had a hard time with this one. I've listened to BB and JB quite a bit but I skipped through So much of this because of the whining. There was barely a break in the drama....I just can't with this one.
