Kaleb does a great job of covering all the bases of starting, maintaining, and continuing business. He he starts off by discussing the importance of a moving company, then talks about customer acquisition, then he covers what I think is an important topic, which is how much to charge in certain situations, then does a great job with his conclusion of putting your own employees in place to continue the business.

And best of all, it's narrated by Jeff Bower, one of the great narrators of our time. I think this is the 4 millionth book He's narrated LOL
