Don't waste your time with this one, instead choose his "How to Sell Indexed Universal Life Insurance", it's great and he explains the concept so that anyone could understand it.

Too much “sell” — not enough IUL
There was not a great deal of detail with regard to strategy in the actual use of IULs. Quite a lot of general selling tips. You’re better off reading your company’s marketing materials.
