I feel revived after this series. I’m already feeling the benefits and my vibration is getting higher!

They should have titled this audiobook set: how to zap your vibration into the sky and cut out all the BS in your life! Straight forward and pragmatic guidance on clearing the clutter and getting your life to where you deserve it to be. Also, some amazing reiki and energy healing info I had never known about.

Protect Your Energy:
It gives a brief summary of energy fields and ahead, as well as toxic energy and influences that can negatively effect your energy. This has a great section on energy vampires, what they are, how to spot them, and how to deal them. I liked how it gave tips on how to reduce negative energy, as well as breaking away from media control because that can negatively effect our energy as well.
Overall this is a great starting place to learn more about how you can protect your energy and reduce negative energy.

Energy Healing Made Easy:
This book is super handy to have with you and its not very big so you can easily take it with you. I was extremely happy to receive this book as I have been learning more about energy and how we can harness it to aid us and those around us.
This book is quite extensive and great for beginners. It talks about the different types of energy healing and what each of them can do, even what to expect in an energy healing session. It gives tips on how to restore your energy and create a powerful aura around yourself. There are sections on reconnecting to the earth with different exercises and techniques. How you can increase your vibrations to attract positivity and good things. How to protect your energy and utilize energy healing in your spiritual practice.
I think that the sections on reconnecting to the earth are super powerful and necessary because it helps us recharge and relax and we get out of sync on our daily hustle and bustle.

Reiki Made Easy:
It begins with an introduction and history on reiki, how it works, the benefits of it, the origins, as well as its use in modern day. Energy and its use in reiki, as well as energy blocks and how they can be prevented. The reiki system, the effects and how to use it to heal the body is also explained here. There are meditations that involve reiki, there are also techniques for energy clearing and cleansing.
Don't underestimate its size, this audiobook is filled to the brim with knowledge on reiki. I would recommend this for beginners, due to the way that the information is broken down. I think it's helpful in the way that it teaches how to heal with reiki and incorporate different exercises that can be incorporated easily into daily life. The way they information is presented is nice and makes it feel doable and not overwhelming. It truly does make it seem easy!

Crystals Made Easy:
This book gives a brief history of crystals, how to find the right crystal for you, as well as preparing the crystals. It goes over how the crystals can effect the chakras, and heal as well. It talks about how to feel the energies of crystal and their vibrations, how crystals can be used to protect and heal. It also contains a comprehensive list of crystals, which is extremely useful as it lists the : assistance, luster, colors, hardness, cleansing and properties of each one. It really is able to cover a lot and give a brief rundown of each crystal. It goes over how to incorporate crystals into daily life and practices. There's also the added benefit of guided meditations as well.
This is a short book with less than 150 pages and it contains a lot of information within it's pages. Perfect for the beginner who might not know where to start.

Overall this truly is a powerhouse bundle and such a great audiobook because it can truly be taken anywhere.

Great bundle book

This is a great bundle book to introduce the concept of great energy and little tips on that. Even though it is relatively a long book, it is worth every word and readers really need to pay attention to the details because there could be some aspects we can learn from and really improve our positive energy there

Feeling more empowered by it

This bundle is amazing! It covers so much info that I didn't know, including energy healing, energy neutralizing, reiki mastery, and turning the power of crystals into our lives. There're also many exercises to practice such as how to visualizing your highest self or positive vibration. It's a long audiobook, but you will absolutely learn more than you can imagine!

A "MUST HAVE" in anyone's collection!

I have used these audio books over & over, constantly utilizing them when things have happened to me, and found myself floundering somewhat, I found it was a huge help in grounding myself & getting back on track. This is a wonder set of 4 books in 1 - WELL WORTH IT, in every way! I would also recommend getting the Kindle or Paperback versions, I am a visual as well, so at times it's a great help especially when it comes to books for crystals - my next goal is to get the paperback for the Crystal as wel as Reiki Healing to go hand in hand with this wonderful audio version!

I love this Audiobook. It is very informative, and it is powerful because it will help you improve your energy level through all the excellent thoughts within this Audiobook. It contains beneficial information. The Narrator is perfect. This Audiobook is long but worth buying.

Long but worth it!

Outstanding collection. Loved ‘reiki made easy’ in particular. Alltogether I loved getting a good education on crystals and this layed it all out.
