Great short stories

I see a lot of reviews about not liking the narrators raspy voice. I enjoyed it, it goes with the idea of a rough seal and they fact that he doesnt do a stupid girl voice. The other narrator has a horrible girl voice that runs the moment. With that said they are still great short stories. Hot af. Definitely recommend.

Out of Uniform (Kenney) series

I finished all 6 books and decided to write a review for the whole series. The first books are actually 3 novella's rather than one novel. I enjoyed all the stories in the novella's as well as the longer novels. I liked that the books built on each other and the relationships in one story continue into the other books. The best thing about the series is the lack of drama! I love that best about this series. The stories are all good, misunderstandings are relatively minor, there is no cheating and the books don't follow a "romance book formula" which becomes very tiresome as it is in most romance books out there. This was the first series I read of this author, and due to the lack of drama and the hot sex scenes I will seek out other books by her!

Loved it !! this story. the narrator is so fantastic it's like your really there!! After listening to this story,. I totally enjoyed reading this book. It’s well written and the characters were uniquely fantastic. I would suggest this book to my friends that like this sort of genera. this was a good book. The narrator was great.

I have been waiting for this book so I could complete my collection of the series .. Ellie series is outstanding and I very much enjoyed this book

3 hot couples

3 short, steamy novellas about Navy SEALs and their conquests.
Male narrators, 3rd person POV.
Female voices are too squeaky for comfort, but the rest is fine.

Surprisingly excellent ...

and heartfelt, and realistic, and very emotionally accurate … no worn out plot tricks, no excess angst, no irritating sophomoric foolishness, just straight from the shoulder portraits of relatable, complex human beings feeling their way thru relationship negotiations and start ups … I truly enjoyed these three stories, and the narrators were superb.

No one surfs on Coronado

Ugh continuity issues are always annoying and if you’re gonna insist that these characters are navy seals and the story takes place in San Diego... at least research surf locations.. the swells off Coronado are the smallest in the county and it’s more likely that she surfs off PB, OB or blacks.

Hot voice though.

Enjoyed the story, but prefer kindle version

I enjoyed the story line for the most part (warning - there is a A LOT of kinky no holds barred sex) but, Alex, the narrator was not a good fit for this series. I could not get into his narration as hard as I tried. His female voices were not good at all and hearing him do any of the sex scenes had a tendency to make me cringe. It had a raspy quality that didn't fit the smooth, tall, dark, and muscular SEAL character. I felt like I was listening to my grandfather talk about sex. *shudder* I have a Kindle Unlimited membership and fortunately was able to enjoy this book via the kindle version. Lazlo's narration would have been much better for this series, I think. Too bad there wasn't more of him in them. I skipped every single audible version that had Alex narrating any part of it.There were 2 books with different narrators, I would recommend checking those out in audible version.

2 out of 3 stories were good

Like the title says, the two first stories were good. The third and last story was not for me. A few minutes in I had to stop. The main character was such a pig and had such a derogatory language that I in no way could stand it.
