Fantastic

I enjoyed listening to this audiobook. The narrator brings the story alive and fills the characters in the book.

Harley Chase is amazing

Once again, Harley delivers a flawless performance! I could listen to him all day, every day.
He’s so talented and versatile, bringing each character to life and giving them their own unique personalities.
Courtney and Harley are my favorite M/M duo, Courtney writes them, and Harley makes them come alive!

Snark and Car Chases!

I am not sure what I enjoyed more, the bit of snark that was Sid our assassin, or just all the action and suspense! These two really were in a tight situation. One that required them to be on the run with a literal car chase! Mixed with this danger though Sid managed to keep me smiling with his snark and over top possessiveness. He is determined to make things right with Dalton. Nice chemistry and good single Dad family feels along with, well assassin family feels! And Harley Chase narrated that car "Chase "to perfection as well all the other obsessive tendencies!

Can’t love this book more

I don’t know how Courtney just makes each book in this series better than the previous ones.

When I first listened to book one, I was convinced it was my favorite. Then I listened to book two and THAT one became my favorite. At this point I’m just gonna shut up and declare them ALL my favorites🤣

I loved Sid and Dalton so much. The fact that Dalton was able to see how broken Sid was despite being bullied by him, said a lot about how big Dalton’s heart is. He managed to forget all the bullying and give Sid the benefit of the doubt, proving that Sid was not a bad person.

He might have been a jerk to Dalton but he genuinely liked him, he just went about it the wrong way. Kissing Dalton without permission wasn’t the right thing to do but at least it helped Sid become a somewhat better person.

That kiss changed Sid for the better and that’s the reason why Dalton and his son were able to survive being persecuted. Sid was a teddy bear despite being a skilled assassin.

I love that he was able to find someone like Dalton to show him the love he deserved. He deserved a family of his own and Dalton gave it to him.

And can I just say how much I love Sid and Easton’s relationship? Sid is so good to him. Easton really loves him even if it’s not in a conventional way.

Once again Harley did such a wonderful job narrating. He really captures the characters personality perfectly. I just can’t get enough of this series!
