What a wonderful series this is! Mary Calmes has created a fascinating world populated by unforgettable characters living through all kinds of dangerous adventures. Jason and Varic are the strongest couple ever and their amazing friends are equally powerful. Don’t miss reading or listening to this amazing series, packed full with action and romance.

really enjoyed the story. twist and turn, great character development, you'll love the good guys, hate the bad guys. I just love Mary Calmes.

Love hope, but above all else, unconditional love

Love the book very, very much. It's one of the best at the 3 I think it shows emotion i cried i loved every moment of it. It made me wanna, oh, it was so good. I'm glad that it finally had a good ending. I hope there's more about how our lives grow with their children in love, but it's gonna be so good

Unique storyline and interesting characters.

Lots of humor and great narration on books 1 and 2. I wasn't crazy about Sean Crisden's interpretation in book 3. The characters in this book seemed to have a bit of a shift emotionally. So much growling. At times there didn't seem like there was a clear delineation between characters' voices, and deeper voices seemed muffled. I loved whiny Tiago and his character seemed way off from the previous books.

Overall, though, I loved the story and the change in narrators wasn't enough to ruin it for me.
