I understand the HR mindset better now

Bought this to understand the HR brain during the hiring process. Worked.

However, the writing style and narrator is so arrogant.

Didn't enjoy this necessary research project.

Excellent book - for HR and hiring managers

The competencies are well researched and the agorithm to develop and especially use cbbi is great.

On the last chapter, for candidates: I firmly disagree that top x most asked questions in a company is not something useful - I have many reports of candidates using these successfully for both telephone and onsite rounds; the most asked questions lists are great resources for role play - which is probably the most useful advice to a candidate new to cbbi
