audio made me love it more!

Written filled with adventure, drama, and cute flirty fun, Her Ruthless Protector is sure to satisfy!

I loved the way Kane and AJ connected and interacted, and seeing AJ through Kane's eyes - that was a powerful thing to experience and let sink into me. I loved seeing how they could each hold their own, but yet, were amazing partners, both in the bedroom and out. AJ complimented Kane well with her backbone, her smarts, and her heart.

Seeing this is a military story as much as a romance story, bullets fly and bad guys abound everywhere, giving just the right amount of suspense and anxiety. Dealing with the enemy and the powers-that-be, and choosing what is right over what is ordered, and showing what having your brother's back truly mean, the military story line packs a punch.

Mix together the twist and turns, tear-filled moments, steamy moments, and laughter-ringing times and you've got another awesome Caitlyn O'Leary story to escape into.

The narrators did an amazing job bringing this story to life. Their use of voices and inflections embodied the characters fully and matched exactly what I expected. In fact, while I loved the story originally, the narration of it made me enjoy the story that much more. Bravo!!

absolutely love this Audiobook and cain

omg holy Hotness with audio version and those 2 narrated it were absolutely fantastic. this is one of my favorite books by Caitlyn O'Leary. I can't wait to listen to more of them.

A good start for this new series

I had read and enjoyed this book, but since I find that the audiobooks bring the stories to life, I decided to give this audio a try. Glad I did.
The beginning of this series starts with a bang. We get to visit with some of the characters from previous series, who come to work on the mission in Oman.
Navy SEAL Kane McNamara and executive producer A.J. Lancaster meet when the military figures out that there is a potential terrorist attack in one of four locations. One being at the international music show where A.J. is the one in charge.
It was a story filled with non-stop action, camaraderie amongst Kane’s fellow SEALs, and of course, romance. An engaging plot with a strong female character that you will come to love.
A good start for this series.

This book is a great beginning for this series. I loved it. It is about Navy Seals in Yemen trying to stop a terrorist strike on a musical show. It is also a love story and it has plenty of suspense and action. I can't wait to read the next book in this series. The narration was terrific and it was done right.

Good

This author is a first for me. I enjoyed listening to both narrator's performances and all of the characters and the bantering that was written in. The end, Imo, was rushed. But I'm going on to book 2 in this series. I do recommend this audiobook. Enjoy!😄

insta-chemistry sweet suspenseful military romance

This is exactly what I am looking for in a military romance. Insta-love between a protective hero and a strong heroine battling the odds together. Kane was a little more lighthearted than I would expect but it really worked. I loved A.J. because she is a Boss!, but she is also feminine and even has these cute little things about her. I enjoyed their fun banter and wit. The chemistry is immediate and it builds before they fall into bed in a kinda sweet way.
These narrators are new to me and did a great job. Especially Ryan West who was having to portray a slew of different male characters and seemed to do so with ease. Fantastic job.
It’s a fairly quick listen and definitely entertaining. I am expecting more from this series now that the ground work for the different team members has been made.

More military than romance

This book is more military than romance. I enjoyed the audiobook but it was not really for me. It was well written and the story was good but I am not really into military stories.

I thought there would be more romance so I thought I would try it. If mostly military stories with a bit of romance is your thing then you will enjoy this book. If romance with a touch of military is what you prefer then you may want to think twice.

I really liked the narrators. Both done a great job.

Her Ruthless Protector

Kane is a member of the SEALs and his latest assignment takes him to the Middle East where his team finds a bunch of electronics and when they start to work their way through it they discover another threat and that is how he meets A.J. She is the producer of a variety/talent show like America's Got Talent but it encompasses different countries and is being staged in Oman. The show has already been plagued with pranks but when she is introduced to the new security team she realizes it may be more serious than she thought. Kane and A.J. are great together. They fit and they work well together. She understands him and his "job" and he works just as hard to not only keep her safe but help her with her job. The banter between them is perfect and add in the rest of the team and there are times of laughing in between the suspense and intrigue. This one was really good and I enjoyed having it in audio.

A Great Military Romance!

This was my first Caitlyn O'Leary's book, and won't be my last. This is the first book in the Night Storm Series, a military romance. I loved it! Kane and A.J. are great characters, and they share an instant attraction and a strong chemistry. A.J. is a beautiful woman, strong, and feisty. Kane is handsome, protective and supportive. The story has it all: fun, sexy, suspenseful, fast-paced and action packed, filled with danger, and twists and turns. The storyline is great, and the world building is complex and well done. Ryan West, and Savannah Richards did a great job with the narration. I enjoyed it. Looking forward to the next book in the Series.
