Fearless in life
Dulcet was great in being frank and open about each life experience, even when it was not in her favor. She could laugh at herself in a way that had me joining in and enjoying her performance. Loved it.

I fell in love with Dulce Sloan

What a hoot!
I caught her interview about the book on a talk show and decided to give it a try. Love leaning more about the life and times of Ms Sloan's was a delightful visit to her history and her humor. She reads it herself so it's like a 5 hour version of her stand-up performance. Wonderful!

Enjoyed!
This is one book I'm glad the author narrated; she did an excellent job! I had a few laugh out loud moments, but it was mostly chuckles and head nods in agreement regarding life situations. Because I don't watch the late-night talk/entertainment shows, I had not heard of this comedienne, but after reading her book I'll certainly be watching out for her.
