Absolutely Loved!
This was an intimate lesson on my current journey. Touching important points to improve/begin/practice using our voices. Wonderful expressions and examples; they were clear, concise and colorful. I really appreciated how she painted a connection of our bodies and Spirit to our voices. It was like having a mentor/teacher with me ♥️ This audiobook provides simple and concise methods which I think are quite meditative. Being present helps me connect to my voice in new ways. Much improvement after losing my voice and having to recover. I'm grateful!
