Book 3 is the best in the series so far

This book was the best of the three books that have been released to date. I really enjoyed the other two, but I feel that the entirety of the world and the world's magical progression system became much more clear in this book.

The story arc(s) covered in book 3 were handled perfectly. I couldn't have wished for a better story to fall in my lap. Although there were a few bumps on the road, here and there, by the time I finished the journey of book three, I realized I couldn't have asked for a smoother and more entertaining journey.

To the author: Thank you for sharing your world with me. It was honestly a pleasure to delve into the life of Mateo and experience the world through his eyes.

To the narrator: You kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time. You brilliantly encapsulate the characters of this story. Bravo to you!

Love it

I absolutely love this series. Can’t get enough of it. Can’t wait for the next one if you haven’t tried it already you totally should.

The world-building, magic and power system, along with the protagonist's character development and the overall storyline, are exceptionally well-crafted and seamlessly interwoven.

On a minor personal note: at times, other characters seem less three-dimensional compared to the protagonist (with a few exceptions). Some of them appear too similar to the main character, making them feel more like narrative props or stereotypes rather than fully fleshed-out individuals.

The melding of two.

The plot twist went well. Allowing the prince and Mateo to do what they did was interesting.

I love this series, this volume adds beautifully to the story developing characters and adding some amazing new ones. Definitely worth the credit can’t wait for the next one

This is another great book in a even better series. I really enjoy the progression of the characters and the action balance of the story. Can’t wait for the next book.

The ingenious twist. 💡🌀✨

Spoilers: I had to stop at Chapter 36 to write this review because I knew if they stopped here, I would be perfectly fine and consider this a freaking excellent book. 📚✍️ The twist they added was so smoothly done that I didn't see it coming, and I'm still happy it happened. 🔄😲 This would have been fine as a cliffhanger. ⛰️ I will finish this book and enjoy it, and wish I could have held out until the fourth book was released so I could see the continuation of this. 📖➡️4️⃣ But the world-building is so freaking amazing, dude. 🌍✨ So, so good. 😍👍

Another banger.

I think Seth Ring is assuredly becoming my favorite author. Only gripe I have is his books seem too short. None the less imo he killed it again and am really enjoying this series I just hope he makes the next one a bit longer. Would recommend btw.

shockingly great

I fully admit I liked the first two books, went into this one knowing id like it....but not expecting to be this blown away.
the characters continue to grow both in strength and depth and this is the first book in ages to get me to tear up.

well I guessed some events how they happened still surprised im excited for more.
