When Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince opens, the war against Voldemort has begun. By far the best

the best series I've revisited while sheltering for Covid19. The narrator is splendid. And the tales are as mesmerizing as they were when I first read these books.

What did you love best about Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Book 6?

We have already purchased this book along with all the others on CD. But CD's wear out and there are some problems. To be able to get these treasures in electronic format from Audible is simply fantastic! Jim Dale is a treasure and is up the wonderful quality of J.K. Rowling's writing of Harry Potter.

So much more details than the movie!

I’ve never been much of a reader, I just wait for the movie. The Half Blood Prince is my favorite of the set and so I got it on audible and listened to it while resting. There are so many things that are briefly mentioned in the movie that leaves me with big questions left unanswered. Like Why Snape is the half blood prince, what is Tom Riddle’s story, and other things explained that I have had questions about that the movie leaves out.
I bought all of the books on audible and listened to them in order. So many important details are in the books! And the man who reads them does a good job with impressions of the different characters.

Pure genius of J.K. Rowling on full display

When Dumbledore assessed the Dursley's treatment of Harry since he came in their care and the abuse they inflicted on Dudley by spoiling him rotten, I thought that was one of the most memorable quotes from the entire series. Indeed maybe one of the most memorable quotes in modern literature.
