Chapter one covers the step-by-step process for doing a gap analysis of your organization. Chapter two covers three approaches to change: behavioral, facility, and process improvements. Chapter three gives you a wide assortment of no-cost projects to reduce your adverse impact on the environment and each other. Chapter four provides a good list of low-cost products and services, many of which pay for themselves. Chapter five identifies some innovative projects that will inspire you to take bold steps to reach your goals. Chapter six shows you some methods for tracking your progress and taking the next steps to being a a sustainable organization. Bonus materials include sample check sheets and Excel worksheets for many of the activities.
