Resumen del Editor

In crime investigation, there are four causes of death, and only one of them requires an intruder. Murders typically involve suspects external to the crime scene. If there's evidence of an outside intruder, homicide detectives have to prepare for a chase.

Join J. Warner Wallace, former atheist, seasoned cold-case detective, and popular national speaker, as he tackles his most important case...with you on the jury! J. Warner examines eight critical pieces of evidence in the "crime scene" of the universe to determine if they point to a Divine Intruder. If you have ever wondered if something (or someone) outside the natural realm created the universe and everything in it, this is the case for you.

logical to the end...

This book is so logical it makes the Federalist Papers look like a child's attempt to convince a parent they need the toy at Walmart... If you ask the questions the "science books" refuse to address, it's hard not to to believe we were in fact, created....

"Forced love is an oxymoron!"

I think I could have followed his outlines better with a print copy, but we listen to increase our mental capabilities, not pander them, right?

Engaging with personal stories.

The author very appropriately makes use of his prior law enforcement experience to explain some key points. The art works and drawings in the book really helps me understand some concepts with visual clarity. I bought the paper book and also the audio book. With the help of the audio book, I finished the book in two days.

Unique Voice in Christianity

J. Warner Wallace does a fantastic job with his approach to the positive evidence for a Creator God. He is uniquely positioned to present evidence in a manner that is afforded him by his training as a homicide detective. He is able to make appropriate analogies to a crime scene and God's creation and draws attention to what can be counted as evidence for ones pursuit of truth regarding the existence of God.

Logical Content, Methodically Presented

This treatise is well ordered evidence based, logical content that clearly illustrates the case for a devine creator without ignoring the arguments of critics, like Dawkins and Harris.

Interesting and educational

The narrator did pretty well though would have preferred it by J. Warner Wallace himself. However, it was still very good! Great material and understandable analogies. His experience as a detective sure helps him relate the information with interesting stories. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in the discussion of the possibility of creation.

Amazing insight

Loved the overall content and presentation. Would have loved to have the author deliver it but the presenter also did great. Loved the law enforcement approach to investigating the “crime” scene of the world

Rich with information and a unique perspective

J. Warner Wallace offers a detective's perspective on the evidence for (an intruder outside the room of the universe) or God. Wallace lines up all of the most well known arguments for deism/theism and uses real life cold case homicide scenarios to draw a correlation between the methods used to solve criminal cases and those used to answer scientific and philosophical questions. He does this quite brilliantly as he walks you through the methodology of crime scene investigation and at the same time formulates powerful arguments for the existence of a theistic God. Skeptics and theistic thinkers alike will find something here to peak their interest, and there is a plethora of information to be studies as well.

Good as NCIS

I like this book because of the way it explains both sides of the argument. I believe the Wallace compares the whole of creation and the outside of the box with his experience as a crime scene detective is intriguing. So much food for thought that anyone with even a sight interest will enjoy this book.
