All the mothers in this book are insane🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ Except Lilly Mae. Overall great story but the mothers frustrate me!!!

Resonated with My Soul

I love the story and the characters resilience. The most memorable moment is when Rhoda firmly resolved, after daughter slapped her, to put her out of her house that very moment. The narrator's voice resonated the souls if the characters and made me fully visualize everything about them. ❤
