Exactly What You Need to Know!
This book, Georgia Tax Lien and Deed Investing Book, by Brian Mahoney is simply amazing. Mahoney does a great job of breaking down the complex process of investing in tax liens and deeds in Georgia, making it accessible to even those with no prior experience in real estate investing. With this audiobook, I was able to gain a better understanding of the key concepts involved in real estate investing, such as how to find the best tax lien or deed investments, how to rehab real estate investment properties, and how to sell an investment property quickly. The narration, done by the author himself, Brian Mahoney, was top-notch and really added an engaging layer to the informative content. I would highly recommend this audiobook to anyone that is looking to get started in the Georgia real estate market.

Great Georgia Specifics
A lot of this information applies nationwide, but I like that it included some good Georgia specifics. I was interested in getting into this way of investing, and the things that were specific to this state were super helpful. Glad I listened to this book before diving in.
