the power of positive thinking
I had been experiencing a lot of anxiety, so I tried this book. The author has a very soothing voice. The affirmations were really encouraging and effective.
I especially liked the part, "with every drink of water, think about how good it feels to quench your thirst." It is really calming and refreshing to think about life from that perspective.
Overall it was a very well done and effective book

Live abundantly with Full Spectrum Affirmations!
Our author MIST3RDOUGLAS skillfully expresses all the affirmations you need to live a life with an abundance of love, prosperity and knowledge to live the happy and fulfilling life you deserve.
This book has replaced those bin-aural beats you would find on YouTube in my morning meditation routine and these affirmations give me the energy necessary to handle the rest of the day with a clear mind.
I highly recommend this eBook if you want to take your life to the next level.
