A Great Box Set

I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the narrator and found it fun. These books are based on family and friends and its can be uplifting listening at times, heart breaking at other times and sometimes you just find yourself laughing out loud and you have to back it up because you missed something. The interesting and intriguing characters keep you listening, wondering what unexpected twist will happen next. It's very enjoyable and I'll have to check out more books from this series.

Fruit from This Tree Box Set!

I thoroughly enjoyed each episode as it was released separately. Now you can get the box set that includes the first five episodes!

This multigenerational story will having you laughing, crying, and anxiously awaiting more. Alexandra Ward has really done a fantastic job of building her characters and their detailed storylines.

Kelley Hazen puts her all into each narration she does. You can really feel the emotions that the characters are experiencing. I can’t wait for more.

Great Read

Fruit From This Tree Box Set was a great read by Alexandra Ward. This book consisted of five episodes. Fruit From This Tree: Episode One was a great read by Alexandra Ward. A few of the members of the large Alexander family are at a chaotic Chicago O'Hare airport during the holidays. At the same time, a member of the Montgomery family was also waiting for a delayed flight. Neither people knew the effects of this meeting and how those effects will last forever. Family is everything to both families. These two families would come together and change the lives of many people. I really loved reading this story and loved the life that Kelley Hazen brought to the characters.Fruit From This Tree: Episode Two was a great read by Alexandra Ward. Vivian Alexander is a law student that had to end her three year long relationship with her college sweetheart. This was the only way she could have the career as a lawyer that she dreamed of. She also has a growing interracial passion for former basketball icon Chuck Montgomery. Vivian's brothers, Kenneth and Benjamin, are best friends but also complete opposites. Kenneth is the cool and calm president of his telecommunications company. While Ben is a young US Air Force jet fighter pilot. Unfortunately they both are falling in love with the same woman JeNelle Towson. Fruit From This Tree: Episode Three was a great read by Alexandra Ward. Vivian Alexander feels passion for Chuck Montgomery, but that all seems to change when she meets his best friend Derrick Jackson. Both Chuck and Derrick are medical doctors now and both find themselves falling in love with Vivian. Despite the differences in the three Alexander siblings, they all rally together when everything is on the line. Fruit From This Tree: Episode Four was a great read by Alexandra Ward. Kenneth Alexander and JeNelle Towson are getting married. Unfortunately they have weathered many storms and there is still danger lurking around them because of her ex husband. Vivian Alexander is ready to risk her heart and date again. At the same time Derrick Jackson is making it known how he feels about her. She still has feelings for both Derrick and his best friend Chuck. Benjamin Alexander is confused about what the right path is for him. He's in love with his best friend Stacy Green, who gave birth to their daughter Whitney Ivy. Benjamin wants to marry Stacy, but she has other plans. Fruit From This Tree: Episode Five was a great read by Alexandra Ward. James Dixon and Janice Atterly are trying to make their long distance relationship work. James' twin brother is interested in Janice's best friend Dr. Cecile Jordan. Their cousin Benny Alexander is still looking for Stacy, the woman he loves. His younger sister Vivian has confusing thoughts about Chuck and Derrick. I really enjoyed reading this book and cant wait to read more by the author. I enjoyed listening to Kelley Hazen's narration.

Needs a different narrator.

The narrator ruined the story. Her voice did not match the story and her inflections were all wrong.
