Front Sight Focus will help you begin to navigate along your life's path, with tips and techniques for dealing with anxiety and stress, organization, early identification of obstacles, and thus mitigating them. This is done by establishing your own personal P.A.C.E. plan. The concepts in this book have been broken down and illustrated by the author, so that no matter your age, gender, or starting point they may be applied to your everyday life of relationships, family, education, and of course your personal or professional endeavors.

Front Sight Focus is a great, short listen. It will let you quickly see how fast thoughts and ideas can come while listening. David asks to tell three people, I will tell Thousands.

This is s short but very effective set of mindset principles that everyone can benefit from. Worth every penny.

this book doesn’t have any filler. it gets right to the point, which i like. the author’s confidence and energy comes through. it’s nice that the author also read it. seals are two per-centers, but he makes his experience and training relatable and human up to and including preparing to have a baby. he is right that the being a winner mentality is getting lost in the everybody gets a ribbon world we live in. i will listen to this again. hats off to the author for his service and for this book.
