I downloaded this book and am so glad that I did. The author narrating the book gives a warmth and empathy that only the original author could give - it really does make a difference.
In case you haven’t read the original book, this is a personal account of someone who has lead a very varied and colourful life, experiencing many struggles along the way and learning how to cope & expand his mind through meditation.
The author is very relatable and gives a very honest account of his troubles and the ways that he has found of dealing with them by using simple meditation techniques.
If you are wondering if or how meditation could benefit you, I think you will find this book very helpful indeed. It is very informative, yet simple to understand and opens up your mind to the benefits of meditation.
I highly recommend it and will be listening to it again on one of my walks !
