For a beginner like myself, I wanted a guide on what to do and what not to do in regards to flipping houses. This audiobook is a beginners guide so it was basic but I found a TON of valuable content in it because I'm a novice myself. My favorite part was about real estate in the up coming year and how much that can impact your profits. So timing is everything.

Best story about Flipping House, This book consists of 6 chapters totally. I personally like the 5th chapter SELLING YOUR FLIP very much.

The author has done a great job. I have no idea about flipping house before, but now I like to start my flipping business immediately with the help of this guide.

This was excellent book...I didn't know what is Flipping Houses, i mean, whether it is a technical term or just a made-up term. Good thing that the book defined first and foremost what flipping houses is. For a non technical person like me, of course i need to know first what is it all about. The book also discussed the financial aspect of the business including how to find a property up to the actual selling of the flip. The formula behind flipping is a good analysis as well.

Consult this before you dip into flipping houses.

The narrator was very clear and I was able to grasp the idea of flipping houses in a jiffy. It’s an appealing income-generating piece that I’m willing to take the time to learn. As much as it’s an exciting idea, I have to allot time as there are also risks involved. The tips handed down surely makes sense so they’re really worth looking into.
