This book takes all of the lies the world has been telling you - about how you can't do what you want, how you have to get a stable career, etc - and completely destroys them. I feel lighter after reading this book.

Not only does it destroy all of those preconceived notions, it tells you exactly how you can achieve whatever it is you wanted to achieve. The options are endless.

If you're trying to find your way, this book is definitely for you.

Finding your passion bible

I have read a lot of books on that topic how to find your passion. Most often you will not find something new in these books because they write about the same things. But this books is exception and it can be the only book on finding your passion you will ever need. Author did a great job and I found 11-exercise formula to discover passions very beneficial.

Much needed for this generation.

Chandler Kitching’s book is like DNA to generate passion, purpose and joy. I’m 67 now. I found my calling in life when I was 27. It was to become a clinical psychologist. It’s been fulfilling beyond my wildest dreams. I never want to stop working and helping. When I look back at how I arrived at my calling, beginning with what went on way back in my childhood, it follows exactly, precisely Kitching’s method, although I stumbled for years and was not at all methodical about the journey to my calling. I thought I wanted to be a physician because when I was 4 I said to my relatives that I want to become a “people doctor.” They applauded the doctor idea which sent me on the wrong journey until I actually went to medical school and hit the wall of my life realizing I was kin the wrong profession.
If I had a book like Finding your Passion when I was younger it might have saved me so many years and woe. Of course the precious thing when you finally find your calling is you will have no deep regrets and you’ll feel immense gratitude for have found work that is not work at all.

Kitching asks all the right questions. His book is a powerful lens to focus you and get you to the heart of yourself and your passion. In his short, exceeding well-written, passionate book you will be equipped with a concentrated battery of questions and ideas you need to make a vital leap in your life. Give your heart to it, listen to what gets evoked in you, and then take off and fly. Read this wonderful book!

WHO DO WE WANT TO BE?

External forces influence our reality and we are told that we need to be realistic in choosing our future. So we are looking for a secure job that is paying the bills. But we need to ask ourselves WHO DO WE WANT TO BE? We need to discover ourselves and find our passion. This audiobook contains great advice on how we can find this purpose and how to live a life we would relive. This is a great book I can recommend to everyone. And I also really enjoyed the ultimate focus toolkit bonus.

It makes sense now

I’m so happy and grateful I’ve come across this gem because honestly, for the longest time I was doing things that I actually hated lol but would continue because I either thought it was what I was supposed to do or I got paid well for it. But it turned out I was actually losing at life because it wasn’t my passion. This book helped me to uncover my true passions and how to strategically make a leap of faith to pursue them.

Not the same old same old

"Find your passion" is often just a catch phrase with little meaning. However, Chandler Kitching did an excellent job of explaining meaning of passion. I really understand it for the first time.

This book has a lot of suggestions of how to find your passion that are new to me. I'd never heard some of these ideas.

I also really liked how he distinguished between passions for career and hobbies.

I can not tell you how many times I've struggled over the years trying to find what my passion was. I WISH I had this book at the beginning. I feel like I tried everything and felt I would be careerless and hobbyless for the rest of my life. If you are struggling with figuring out what you want to do, everything laid out in this book is exactly what you need. Take it to heart!!
