Good Story with some gold nuggets through the ride

This was a good quick read. There is a lot of good information in the book. it is missing pieces that would be helpful for different levels. Most of the info was on more established companies. Understandably there is a lot of bias toward ServiceTitan, which I agree has a lot of useful features. Good job on a quick read with good info. I like the implementation of a few things at a time.

Dont waste your money

This is just Tom bragging about himself. Not one helpful thing in the book. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this.
