Solid collection

Narration Review- the narrator has a really nice acting style and does both male and female voices very well. Definitely clear and easy to understand.
Story review- this is a solid collection and very much worth spending a credit on. There are eleven books in which the main romantic characters are both over the age of forty and are fated mates. All of the books are very good, with characters who are easy to relate to (especially if, like me, you are over forty, and believe me, it’s wonderful to have representation).
The book that really stands out to me is CURSED MIDLIFE BEAR. That is a five-star book with the tropes of One Night Stand and Surprise Pregnancy. The characters must figure out how to break a multi-generational curse to save their baby’s future. I liked that one especially, but I enjoyed all of the books in this collection.

Loved it

I totaled loved this awesome set of books. It will give you hours of enjoyment. The characters will grab you and not let you go. The narrators will make you feel as if you are part of the characters lives. They are full of surprises, twists, passion and so much more.

A Great Collection

Fated over Forty: The Complete Series Collection, if you are going to listen to this collection give yourself about 10 days as it is about 54 hours long. I enjoyed listening to the eleven different stories in this great collection. They are all worth listening to as each couple couple in their 40's work towards their happy ending. I enjoyed listening to D.C. Cole narrate these stories.

Great series of books!

Not only are these books cohesive within the world building but they are great standalone books. Each book though in the series and within its created world but each has a level of detachment so the reader isn't completely lost if they go out of order or cherry pick them. I recommend Meg's books all the time.

I want to be fated!!

After this I want more than anything to be fated to a bear! The story was so well done with all the over 40 issue being written about. Very much worth the listen

I’ve read the complete series one after the other and I loved it. I like how you tied the one book into the next book into the next book. I would recommend this to anybody and everybody.

This is amazing collection of books in one box set. Hot shifter romances, that show family, love, second chances and steam. What I love is the characters are over 40 and are very strong. Each story is a stand alone and pull you in.

If you want hot shifter romances, with drama and family this box set is for you.

Book 1: Bear's Midlife Midwife
Liz is relaxing getting ready to watch tv when a sudden pounding on her door disturbs her.
Tyler is pounding on a woman's door because he needs her for his sister in law. He can't bring anyone else in. He tells her she shouldn't be in danger yet. So off they zoom in his vehicle. She gets there in time to deliver the baby which isn't human. He takes her home and she rails on him as to what just happened. He finally explains. What he can't explain to himself is why he seems drawn to her. Then the alpha of the clan, his brother, finds out that there are some in the clan who want to take out the human woman. Now Tyler has to stay to protect her. He'll use his skill as a bodyguard to protect her and route out the ones who are behind the threat. Will he manage to keep her save? Will he figure out what she is to him?




Book 8: Bear's Midlife Witch
Shannon moves in with her aunt in a small town near Portland. She has two teenage children. The children are part bear shifter and witch. Bear on dad's side, witch on mom's. She gets a job at the local restaurant called The Warehouse. There she meets the cook.
Drew cooks for The Warehouse. He went to culinary school and went home to work. He's at work when his bear sits up and takes notice of a woman. She's human so he just welcomes her.
They get to know each other while at work and a sort of relationship develops. Then a blast from her past blows into town that sets Shannon's life on it's side and stirs anger hot and deep that draws out her witch. Drew is pulled in because his bear keeps telling him she's theirs. Will the past destroy what could be or will it be Drew's stupidity?

These are just two of the stories in this series that revolve around a small town of shifters who just want to be left alone to live. But it gets hard when humans are involved not to mention emotions.

interesting and pleasant read

Kept my interest without being overly dramatic or dark. Story line continues without being repeatative.
