I throughly enjoyed this book. It’s one of the best books I have listened to.

Makes you a more reasonable person

I listened to this book a few years ago and I still think about it almost every day. it is a great book for anyone that is frustrated with how rude the world has become, but especially if you work in a service industry and are struggling with how to deescalate rude people instead of becoming one of them.

I loved this book. love the the hot dog madam. Book was great considering it was written because of a hot dog!
