A powerful narrative illuminating real change
Wow, I couldn't put this down! The tactics provide an accessible framework to empower every individual to become something more than themselves and to "do what you can where you are with what you have." The real world stories and battle-tested methods provide an arsenal of tools for the novice seeking to create change equally as much as they support the expert to create more impactful change more rapidly. I finished this in one sitting and will surely listen and read a few more times to immerse myself in the expertise and knowledge shared in the concise and impactful narrative. BZ!

Excellent Book to motivate your Change Agent journey!
I LOVE this book! I didn’t want to stop listening. The full three hours are full of Lessons learned and all of the analogies are on point. The simple,achievable, breakdown of approaches has motivated me to shift my approach to some huge system implementations that I am leading at work that require participant acceptance and buy-in. I will now distinctly manage change instead of people. I will be listening to this book again and recommending this book to colleagues and friends!
