Absolutely wonderful! I had always wanted to get involved with EO but was nervous to dabble. I wanted something that was easy to understand and a breeze to listen, this book is exactly that! So much more than I expected. There are recipes and breakdowns of all the oils. Learned lots of information that I never even thought about.

A very in-depth book about essential oils. I am a beginner and this book answers all of my questions regarding blending different oils, plus delivery/application methods. The straightforward explanations of all oils are quite remarkable.
