I loved this book so much

I loved this book so much. Learning about so many oils was incredible. I didn't realize there was so many. The amount of health benefits from them is so amazing! They help you with anything from common cold to more severe illnesses like flu. After listening this I defiantly want to check out my local health store to see what they carry. I tend to get a lot of headaches and there's a ton of remedies with oils for it. I defiantly recommend this book if you are looking for more natural ways to cure things or if you just are really interested in oils and want to learn more.

very well written for those of us who don't know where to start! It has all the info needed about mixing, what to use, how to use it I will ever need.

Lots of info for a beginner

Just what I was looking for as a newbie to oils and aromatherapy. Recipes for blends for specific purposes or ailments, and the attributes and purposes of dozens of oils. I also appreciated the Resource section so I can get supplies from reputable suppliers.
