Practical Healing
How to get unstuck from patterns that are not serving you. Ms. Ferraro no fluff approach is refreshing. This audio version gave me confidence in my own healing abilities and provides plenty of step by step processes. I also purchased the book in paperback to have a ready guide when I feel an energy emergency! Now, I have a good option other than my usual.

Life changing
I’ve studied a number of energy healing modalities, but this book goes enough deeper for it to click with me. I bought the paperback after listening multiple times to the audible version. I’ve underlined and highlighted so I can return to certain practices easily. Now, I’m headed to bed with earphones in, and listening to any chapter I decide to listen to, for the umpteenth time.

A Wealth of Knowledge!!! Highly Recommend!
Kris Ferraro’s book and work has been such a delight to listen to. The narration was clear and made following along very easy. The information about tapping and energy medicine was interesting to learn about. I loved how the author weaves her personal experiences into the practice explanations; it makes the work very real and relatable! Highly recommend this to book to anyone interested in learning about EFT!
