Magical Hurt/Comfort HEA!

This is my second audiobook by Robin Lynn, and I can't get enough! She's a creative and varied author who seems to be consistently EXCELLENT at crafting beautiful relationships with soul-healing story arcs. I LOVED this book. In a world where tattoo artists are able to imbue their ink with magic that makes them come alive, Ash is left traumatically disfigured by a man he loved and trusted. After withdrawing and losing himself in the books written by his favorite author for a time, Ashton decides to take a chance on Link -- an extraordinary tattoo artist he believes is the only man skilled enough to revise and create beauty from the mess left by Ash's abusive ex.

What follows is what Robin Lynn does best -- genuine characters with heart, kindness, and devotion who navigate the ups and downs of life with honesty, integrity, and loyalty.

Teddy Hamilton delivers, as always. His narration is sensitive, charming, and characteristically impeccable. I will listen to any book Robin has narrated by Hamilton. Her writing and his narration are a perfect pairing.

Honestly couldn’t stop listening. The story was intriguing and fresh. The narrator was perfect. Really you can’t go wrong with this book. .

Beautiful story!

I truly love this story! The way Ashton and Link heal each other's heart and spirit is so stunning! Combining this wonderful love story with magic (and tattoos) just makes it even better! Robin uses such lyric language to bring this story to life and the narration is 'chef's kiss!' I cannot wait to listen again and again to pick up all the nuances that I missed the first time!

Second book I've listened to by Robin Lynn and narrated by Teddy Hamilton. Teddy Hamilton narration makes everything better, best male narrator out there. Robin Lynn is quickly becoming a favorite author. This story kept me hooked, I love tattoos, I love fantasy, a book about tattoos and fantasy is amazing. great story, emotional and meaningful but not enough to make you cry or be wary about reading it. Great listen, I wish it was longer.

This story is so beautiful and shows how important chosen family is and how allowing someone in can be beautiful and healing. Link and Ash are precious and Sam is a total bada**!
