Must listen!

A must listen for anyone who wants to understand where work success is truly driven from. It dismisses the notion that IQ is primary driver of work success. It drives home the importance of relationships among everyone you deal with. My only critique is it sounded like the narrator was doing voice impersonations (for women as well) and it was distracting.

Lots of information

The book is a good start in acquiring EQ skills. Listening while driving probably not the best idea. Felt I needed to take notes. Lots of information.

Awesome book!!

My boss recommended this book to help me and after listening to it I agree. I like that five steps and advice. It explains how and why things can happen and the outside view that sometimes is missed by a persons tunnel vision. Awesome book!!

Excellent!

Good material and easy to understand findings and observations layed out in a simple yet comprehensive way. I think is an excellent aid for whomever wants to improve his/her social skills and managed his emotions in a positive way.

There were many great points this book made. some I knew, but those were good for a refresher. I will probably listen to the book again and take better notes

Provides helpful information

Enough with the self help books that are simply just a hodgepodge of stories with some possibly helpful content sprinkled in. This book is pure content and actual provides helpful information as well as a plan for developing EIQ skills. One of the best I have read! More than happy with the purchase.

Well presented

The research presented in this book was both good science and well presented. I only wish there more examples & stories. But it was quicker without them, so we got the point sooner.

Provides a lot of good insight

This book really gave me a lot of insight on things that I need to be cognizant of as a leader of people. I felt like my blind spot on self-awareness has been clearly identified after listening to this audiobook. The biggest challenge that I see is the ability to get with audible to get the code for taking the test.
